Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 23, 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern your membership in and use of services provided by the AR Queer Men’s Social Club, an initiative of Queer Men United, a nonprofit organization based in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Membership

Membership in the AR Queer Men’s Social Club is open to all who agree to abide by our Community Guidelines. Membership is free. Optional financial support is welcome but never required.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications through our membership form at queerar.org/join, you consent to receive text messages from the AR Queer Men’s Social Club. These messages may include:

Event reminders and invitations
Community announcements
Membership updates

Message frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 4–8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. For help: Reply HELP or email info@queerar.org. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Events

Attendance at AR Queer Men’s Social Club events is subject to our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any individual from an event or revoke membership for violations of our Community Guidelines or conduct that compromises the safety or wellbeing of other members.

Donations

All financial contributions to Queer Men United are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Queer Men United is a registered nonprofit organization. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; consult your tax advisor for details.

Limitation of Liability

Queer Men United and the AR Queer Men’s Social Club are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in events or use of our services beyond what is required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued membership or participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
